Thx it is set normally in theme panel…
only this page display with this background

You set a background on one of the categories – https://www.bestvpnservicemag.com/web-security-news/security-network/ , check inside Theme Panel -> Categories – http://screencast.com/t/cYFA0Txy5Q

The posts import the background from their categories.
