Hej there,
I am designing a header – chose a background color. A photo lies beneath the row with the background color. Nothing changes when I write numbers into the “background opacity”. I want the photo to shine a bit through the background color.

The wobbly brown graphic is a “single background image” in a row beneath my header row – and -270px at margin top.

Okay suddenly found a workaround by chosing the color and setting the opacity directly there..
