Just recently I have noticed that the background for my website is showing up only when i am logged in as an admin. When not logged in the website appears without any background at all.

Please make sure that you set well the background and you clear all cache, after that please check in incognito mode, also is possible to be a plugin conflict, so if the problem is still there please deactivate all non theme plugins, clear all cache and try again.
If there is still a problem please provide me a link were I can inspect this problem, also some screenshots with the settings will be very helpful.

Alright, Disabled all the plugins which were not related to the theme and fixed the issue. I should have known that it’s because of the super cache plugin which does exactly what the name says.
