with theme panel: categories/category template
I have created with my WP with categories of posts X(Xa,Xb,Xc),Y and Z, and they are added to the main-menu. Each item is highlighted option megamenu.
I still have a category Q,R,S is not added to the menu.
When I click on the menu on website on the X, they appear in the “CATEGORY TEMPLATE” options Xa , Xb , Xc
If I click on the Xa or Xb or Xc, I have categories Xa , Xb , Xc
it’s good
If I go in the category Y or Z in my menu on website, shows all the main categories of my WP posts (X Y Z Q R S and nocategory).

Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect and see how your categories display. If a post belongs to multiple categories, it will show up in every category selected for it.

sport category should only show your category and shows all the main categories of entries with the category of ” no category” in which there is no post
