Bandcamp Shortcode Embed

Hello,
I have a music blog that is now using the Newspaper theme and I’m very happy with it. Many of our music posts use a Bandcamp embed. Bandcamp provides two embed options: html and wordpress.org option. My previous theme required embeds using the wordpress.org option but Newspaper seems to prefer the html option. Is there a way for Newspaper to recognize the wordpress.org shortcode that I’ve used. Hi,

I believe that is an embed form that can be used only with WordPress.com. You could either use the other embed which works, or maybe try a plugin if there is one, to recognize and interpret the shortcode you used before.

You could try the Jetpack plugin and see if the shortcodes are rendered, it seems to support the audio embed you mention
