We have had ongoing issues with banner ads not coming in responsive. Once you go to mobile, its a still a big banner and not adjusting to size of mobile. Can anyone help?? I have had so many people look at this with no fix. either ri fix or i have to dump newspaper theme which is huge job.

Hi,
Is the ad code responsive? if it has fixed dimensions like width and height, it will always be the same regardless of device. If you use Adsense there are options to choose a size per device – http://prntscr.com/moj749
If you do not use Adsense you can enter multiple ad codes and use the provided containers
