Hi,

These days after upgrading theme on newer version we get problem with banner linking.
Wordpress also updated.

Web address http://www.tech-lifestyle.com

Situation:
For Leaderboard banner we use code from WP ADV Pro plugin implemented in header.php

All banner is working earlier, but now we have a problem only with Leaderboard banner which use link of background adv.

Problem:

Implemented Leaderboard banner in site body below Header (Samsung TV) on click link on Background link VIP Huawei, not on right link of Samsung.

I try to:

Turn of Background and then Leaderboard banner isn’t clickable.
2. Change Leaderboard banner, link, but nothing, situation is the same.

3. To use NewsMag Background Click Ad module in Theme panel, but nothing…

Thanks for help

Hi

I’ve checked your site and all ads works fine on my side, also there are no errors in browser’s console. If you still have this issue try to clear all caches then test the site again. Also the theme is not tested with WP ADV Pro plugin and I can’t say for sure what could cause a possible conflict. It may be caused by latest update of WordPress, but this is just an assumption.

Thanks!

Hi Andrei,
are you sure when you click on Leaderboard Samsung TV banner, go to right link not on VIP mobile operator website?

Hi

Are you referring at this ad: http://screencast.com/t/ojOSgBNFPHj ? If so then indeed is not linking to the correct url, I didn’t seen it firs time, sorry.
I am not sure why the link is not working But you can try to deactivate all plugin, leave just Visual Composer and WP ADV Pro active then test the site again. Also try using a default wp-theme and check how it goes.

Thanks!

Hi Andrei,
We try all you write, but nothing. Also we use defalut NewsMag Theme with plugins.

This problem occurs for some strange reason and definitely has nothing to do with Adv plugin. 2 weeks ago we have not this problem.

What happened:
When I place the ad zone within the body site, it seems that the body is separate and then that area become clickable and belong to the background site. Whatever I put on this place and even the text I can click on it and go to background link.

Also, 2 min ago I read about your own Page bilder. Does this problem may occur because Visual Composer?

I just did the following: I have set up a banner through the visual composer as an element only to the home page. banner is linking properly.
More and more I think that the problem is Visual Composer ???

I apologize to the large number of tasks but for us it is very important to solve this problem with linking banners.

The final conclusion and the question:
Code (WP Pro adv plugin) of this Samsung TV banner we have implemented in file “header.php” in editor. It worked. Now is not working properly.

Please note that we use the original Newsman theme, licensing plug-ins and do not have any custom works on the site.

Q: Can you tell me the right part (file) of the site where we can implement the code for the current Samsung TV banner to work on position below website header.

This is the code: echo do_shortcode(“[pro_ad_display_adzone id=’48512′]”);

Thanks.

Hi

I am not very sure I can point a solution at the moment as there are required more investigations to be done. Please address us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and give us wp-admin so we can have a closer look. We will inspect this and will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.

Thanks!

Hi Andrei,
Hope I get an answer from you very soon because it is very important to us to solve this problem is primarily due to our client.

Thanks

P.S. if it is the fastest solution to get back to an earlier version of the theme I accept this option as temporary solution
