I have some problem with adding an banner (500 x 500 or 300 x 250). When I place the add (sidebar add), I get large white spaces on my website, which looks (obviously đ not so good.
I hava an attachment, but I don’t see where I can add it here..
Can you please help me out?

You can paste here your attachment’s url.
Let me know how it goes and if the problem persist please provide a link so I can inspect it.

Please provide the screenshots that point the problem when the ads are live, also from theme panel > ads > sidebar ad, and more specific details about this issue and I will inspect it.

Sorry for delay! We missed somehow your post.
I have checked and seems that you sidebar ad is not added on the page, you have only some banners added using text block.
Please add your banner using sidebar ad spot from Theme Panel like Andrei suggested above and also paste this custom css in Theme Panel > Custom Css:

width: inherit !important;
margin: 0 auto;
}
Also if you still have this issue please create a test page, add your code to sidebar spot from panel, and display it on the page using Ad Box block, then provide the link here on forum, so we can provide an accurate solution.
