Barra menu pegajosa

Hola tal y como se puede ser en la imagen cuando esta el “menu normal” (1) esta tal y como yo quiero pero cuando pasa al “menu pegajoso” (2) el formato es diferente. ¿Como puedo hacer para que las 2 sean iguales?
