After installing the theme, when I enter the license codes on the website, the codes are accepted. However, I had previously used these codes on my old websites. Those websites are no longer active and have been closed.
I am currently trying to use one of my existing license codes for a new website. Even though the system accepts the code, no further action can be taken. It redirects me to the website selection page that I want to use, but this page never loads and keeps freezing.
An email regarding my license code issue was sent through the forum 2 days ago, but I have not received any response yet.
Could you please let me know what I need to do in order to receive support regarding this issue and to have the currently linked websites for my license codes reset?
