Using Developer hosting server on Godaddy as per your suggested I tried to install WP Super Cache, but the plugin showing it is outdated and have compatible issue!
Please suggest me something else!

Developer plan uses server side caching, so you can’t add a caching plugin.

Godaddy already have its clear caching feature top of the WordPress, but is there any way to make that timely fixed to clear cache after every 1 hour?
Now I just use that manually, need to make that auto! previously when I was using comet cache it was a setting to clear as per time sets!

GoDaddy support also a great way to get help with your caching setup for WordPress.
