Ho do you recommend to create complex and many team profiles. This is not authors but many people in various teams.
I tried CPT/Custom taxonomies, but your Flex Loop does not seem to offer my custom fields, so there is no way to display them in a loop. You docs seem to say that I should create this via your API, but that seems complex.
I there another way?

The best choice is to use CPTs. In order to display the custom fields for those CPTs in your flex loop, you need to create a custom module: https://forum.tagdiv.com/edit-modules-flex-block-x/
