Hi,
Unfortunately we cannot say for sure how to do this as we have not tested mailchimp with our theme. Every plugin has a documentation and instructions on how to implement it. People use mailchimp with our theme so we assume it’s working properly. Please follow their official docs to see the ways of implementation:
