Big admin TagDiv logo after Newspaper 11.1 update

Hi, After upgrading to Newspaper 11.1, a huge “TagDIV” logo appears in the edit bar, under “Edit wit TagDiv Composer” green button, when I am in admin mode viewing some content. It’s quite annoying, and I’ve tried clearing cache, deactivating non-template plugins and on other computers and browsers.
In Chrome, it bothers a bit, but in Firefox, it’s huge and doesn’t allow to preview the content.

Example: https://imgur.com/a/M4futak

Does it happen to anyone else?
Any solutions?
Thanks.

Hi leytol

Yes – I’m having this problem, but only with Firefox. Chrome is OK.

I’m waiting for a reply from support.

Cheers

Hello!

Please make sure you have the latest update for the theme and plugins also.
I tested on both browser, but I could not found this issue.
Sometimes, the issue with the CSS can be from a plugin conflict, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or a cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

After some testing, I find that by deactivating the “SiteGround Optimizer” plugin, the problem with the TagDiv logo disappears… But this didn’t happen before version 11.1, any idea what could have changed?

Hello!

Maybe it was caused by a plugin conflict. Also, I recommend you to reinstall the TagDiv Composer like:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Thank you!
