Big Error in article section

I found a big error in the Newspaper template that disqualify this template for use on the news pages.
The <article> section is used in wrong way. Section <article> includes all content on the page: article, sidebar and comments.
When you add a page to the Google News you will frequently receive error: Article too long.

Google about this error:
The article body that we extracted from the HTML page appears to be too long to be a news article. We generated this error to avoid including what might be an incorrect piece of text. Common causes include news articles that contain user-contributed comments below the article, or HTML layouts that contain other material besides the news article itself.

Error is only on wide header images like in post style3.

UPDATE:
Articles/post styles with full page header like style3 contains in <article> tag sidebar and comments – way too much HTML.
But some times if post have some image gallery, even post style1 is too long for Google News 🙁
