Big Grid 9 doesn´t show image thumbnails

Hello I was using as always the big grid 9 to display certain post and from one day to another stopped displaying the thumbnail images. How can I resolve this error?

Hi,

Please disable all your plugins except Visual Composer and clear all your caches to make sure that it is not a plugins conflict.
Also provide your site url so we can take a closer look.
