Hi,

To have a Full Big Grid you must go to the row settings and set it like this

Also make sure you have the required thumbs activated in theme panel, and regenerate the thumbnails if needed

Hi,

Please make sure you do not have a background color set for the website, this will make it boxed

Then clear any caching installed, and the respective full Big grid should display as intended.
