Hi, I downloaded Demo Content for Sports, the Big Grid downloaded for home page and Ive posted several articles, but the Big Grid has suddenly disappeareed from home page, although it shows in backend.
Please help.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme with the latest version of required plugins (Newspaper 7.1.1 and Social Counter 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1). Also, please make sure if you have done this process only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. Also, please check your Big Grid Settings and check it to be filtered properly to display valid results.
If your problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I can inspect it closer.

H, I have reloaded demo content, and started over. Seems ok this time.. think I got some permalinks messed up. Thanks for reply.

Ive been loading stories all day with a view to launching site tomorrow, I’d really like Bug Grid to appear.
Did nothing out of the ordinary. In the process of posting latest story, Big Grid disappeared, though still shows in back end.

I have checked your website and I saw that you Big Grid is working well now. Probably, this featured was wrong sorted and that’s why you got something wrong from it. On the future, please be more carefully to Big Grid settings to be correctly set it….to exist the post from your category in order to display something.
