Big Grid Image Issue

Hello TagDiv,

I am having an issue with the Big Grid (default) on my site.
The main image seems to be rendering smaller than the container.

It will load and then become smaller.
Do you know why this occurring?

I’ve checked your site and images loaded in big grid are displayed fine as can be seen here: http://screencast.com/t/Nj6HrHotg If you still have this issue please provide more detail about it, also a screen pointing to it would be helpful, so I can inspect it closer an get back to you with a more accurate answer.

Below is a screenshot of what is occurring. I am using a retina macbook pro, could this be causing the issue as I am also using Wp-Retina?

I’ve double checked your site again and noticed that the thumbs for are not generate properly. Try to regenerate all thumbnails fowling this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ clear all caches then test again.

Hi Andrei,

I ran the Regen. Thumbnails but there is still the issue of the big grid big image.
This is the only thumbnail that is an issue across the whole site.

Do you know what could be causing this?

You’re still not using image’s thumb for your grid as can be seen here: http://screencast.com/t/lgynoqdDsCmV This is image’s url displayed in big grid but not links to a thumb, it links to a re-sized image.
Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re using then regenerate the thumbs again. Also if you made any changes in theme’s core files make sure they don’t break images cop system.
