HI
The zoom effect is removed from IE but you can enable it by deleting this css from style.css file: http://screencast.com/t/QVvZzGMqOw
Hope this helps!
Thanks!
Hi
The zoom effect works fine on my side with google chrome or Firefox browsers. If yous still have this issue try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge cdn files if you’re suing then test the site again. Also make sure that you update the theme according with our documentation.
Thanks!

Hello,
The mouse-over zoom effect can be removed from here: http://screencast.com/t/urwWg3Ch2f
Thank you!
In fact, the thing is that in my different tests, the zoom effect work only ONE TIME.
When I go on my website, the zoom effect is working fine, but if I go on a page or article and then I go back to my homepage, the zoom effect is not working anymore.
Can you guys at tagdiv do the same test and confirm that the zoom effect is still working when visiting a page and going back to the homepage ?
Thanks in advance
I have checked your site and the zoom effect is completely disabled from your site. You can see the loading animation and then when you hover over the posts in the big grid nothing happens.
This is on chrome. On Firefox it behaves as you describe. This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Also make sure you do not use any js optimization tools or a child theme that can affect the theme js.
Let us know if you still have trouble with this.
Thank you!
Hi Bogdan and thanks for the answer.
I have tried to disable all my plugins except visual composer but it changes nothing.
I can’t clear the cache for my website because I don’t have a cache plugin installed.
I have no js optimization tools on my site and no child theme that can affect the theme js…
Well there is clearly something affecting the effect as we cannot replicate it on our end on neither platforms. We have lots of testing sites and I could not see the issue on any of them. SO the theme works as expected from our end. It is something on your end that is causing the issue. Please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin so we can login and investigate. Please also include a link to this topic so we can identify you.
Thank you!
