Hello,
Please make sure you add the proper content for them in the block settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-guide/
Also please only use biog grids on 3 columns otherwise an error message will appear.

I’ve mebgikuti as directed but until now whenever I set for big grid appears only part of the image that others do not

Hello,
You will have to enable the thumbnail for those images to show up. The thumbnails can be found in the theme panel under block settings. The thumb you are looking for is: 485×360: https://www.screencast.com/t/qU3URg44JV0
