Hello,
The big grid shortcodes are not functioning at all at my page builder. When I drag one to the page it just keeps loading forever. The other shortcodes are working fine. What should I do?

Please check the theme system status and make modifications to the server and WordPress parameters mentioned in this guide, if necesarry

You could ask your hosting provider to make them for you, they might have a recommended method in this matter. These general parameters can influence the functionality of the theme and plugins.
Please let us know if there still is a problem with the composer after making the changes.
