On Safari (iOS 8 and Mac OS 10.10), the titles and tags on a Big Grid Slide disappear after the first slide. To make them appear, we have to scroll up or down the page, but again after the first slide, the text will disappear…

Yes, the problem is present and we will fix it in the next verison of our theme. until such time please try to add this code in the theme apne-> custom css box:
.td-big-grid-post .td-meta-info-container{
position:absolute!important;
}

Unfortunately, it didn’t work.
I’ve tried to put the code in the Theme Panel > Custom Code > Custom CSS and also directly in the Style.css. Both unsuccessful.

Please try to disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also remove any optimization tools for testing purposes and see if any affects your slide element.

We deactivate all plugins and cleaned up the cache but again with no success. We’ve noticed that the info appears on scrolling the page. Could it there’s something related to the issue?
