Hello, I bought the Newspaper 9 (using it on http://www.daz.asia) and the Big Slider doesnt work correctly – he doesnt show the latest articles in it. The first 4 are correct another 4 are old, the 3 latest articles between are not appeared at slider.
We would like to use the slider correctly.
Before there were installed the Newspaper 7 and the problem was just the same, after updating to 9 all was good for 2-3 weeks and again its happened with 9 version.

Where is this slider located exactly? At the moment I see a big grid in the homepage, followed by blocks 3.
The theme grids, blocks, sliders etc will show content according to the filtering and sorting chosen. If you use a latest sorting, then they will display the latest posts from the categories used in the filter.
The situation you are describing could be caused by caching. The theme by itself doesn’t have any caching. Usually it is a caching plugin or server cache that delay the data from being refreshed. So if you are not seeing the latest published posts where they should appear, that would explain it.

Hi! Thanks for your reply, by that moment we just deleted the slider, and we dont use that fucntion right now. But we will send the request to our hosting provider, on the website there are no any caching plugins.
Right now the same problem with the latest articles appeared on the homepage – at Gespräch IM GESPRÄCH section, we have few latest interviews but there old didnt changed with new.
Could you see that please.

I see that there are many categories excluded from the block you mention, additionally it is filtered by a specific tag slug

Are you sure that there are later posts by publish date according to this filtering? meaning not in those excluded categories and with the same tag.
