Hi,
When a post doesn’t have a featured image, the theme will load the placehoder on modules. Please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin admin access if you still have issues with this. Also paste a link to this topic so we can know who you are and what the issue is. We will take a look as soon as possible.
