Big Slide Featured Image URL Directs

Is it possible to link images in the Big Slide with a different url other than the post it is attributed to?

For example, I want a user who selects an image in Big Slide to intentionally be directed to (ie. http://google.com) rather than domain.com/postwithfeaturedimage

You can add it here: http://screencast.com/t/rsOZn46biccr Note that this will apply to all image which use the get_image function, you need to create a condition and set it to show only on big slide module if you want this only on big slider.

Rather than using the big slide, or changing the php hard code… I opted for another solution.

I used the big slide as a “template” for what I wanted to achieve, and used VC to set 3 columns on the left (not sure if I am saying this right), and one column on the right. I then used Raw HTML widgets for the same effect. One Raw HTML widget on the left, and 3 on the right (one above the other vertically). I then coded for an image in each one. A large image on the left, and the 3 images automatically stacked vertically on the right.

Being somewhat new to wp, html/css… I realized I did not need 3 individual Raw HTML widgets on the right, and used one instead, and simply (and very easily) used html/css coding for images as one normally would for the same result.
