Hi. I really like this theme and have so far used it on three seperate websites, but I have a few questions about the “blocks” you can build your front-page with.
1. Big Slider: is it possible for instance to instead of latest posts, use a set number of pages here?
2. Same with the other blocks – is it possible to use pages instead of posts? Like childpages of a page or something?
Also. What about having a page resemble a “category” page, but instead of listing posts from a category, the page lists subpages of the page you are on? Is that possible?

To display pages instead of categories when using block you have to edit the block and type page into the post type field like here http://screencast.com/t/ZtLAAd68m6zr

I don’t though how can you use this while it’s displaying only the page titles and therefor need other custom work to change this.
The theme was build to use posts not pages.
Regarding the category page using pages there is no option for doing this and it’s not an easy task. You could do it yourself if you want or hire a developer to do it for you.
