Big Slider Image Gradient

First off, i’ve been doing a lot of posts on this forum, and Tagdiv support has been really friendly and understanding regarding that, so thanks a lot for bearing with my innumerable queries! I was wondering if you could help me out with another quick question: , I am trying to add a gradient css overlay over the Bigslider images, something like what you guys have been doing with Newsmag.

So far, I can’t find a way to do that. Can anyone help me? Thanks.

Also, is there a way to show the author name below articles on the Big Slider? Thanks in advance.

It’s the default Big Slider, just a little optimized to my needs using CSS and PHP. Glad you liked my site!

Thanks Prince. Did the default Big slider already come with the theme or did you add it?Having trouble locating it within the panel.

I had to add it separately using custom css. But not to worry, they will add more themes for the big slider in the next update, I guess.
