On smartphone, when it is in a horizontal position, you have these strange black lines.

Look here.

Hi,

I’m not sure how you get that line. I also checked your site on nokia lumia 925 and samsung s3 did not found any issues.

Thanks!

Hi,

Not sure as I’ve tested your site and this post: http://overpress.it/2015/04/26/terremoto-nepal-2000-morti-nuova-scossa-e-altra-valanga-everest/ on various iOS devices like iPhone 5s, iPad and found nothing wrong, can’t see that black line.
Please provide more details about this, like on what model of iPhone have you noticed it and also try to test our demo and check some posts to see if you can find the same issue there: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/

Thanks

We tried it on an iPhone 5 and black line appears. On Nexus 6 does not appear. On the iPhone 6 Plus Yes in landscape. By opening your site demo does not appear.

Hi,

It must be due to your theme configuration or plugins. You can also try without plugins and test again. Let us know what you find.

Thanks

Even without plugin occurs. Is a problem appeared when we updated the theme. It also happens when we shorten the browser. Look here -> https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/22334399/Schermata%202015-04-29%20alle%2023.26.35.png

Hi,

I’ve tested your site on multiple devices and on mac(safari) and the issue didn’t appear. Try to create a new homepage identical with the one you have now, build it again from scratch, don’t copy the content from the main one and do some tests, see if the issue is still there.
Also try to clear the browser cache (ctrl+shift+r on chrome).
If it’s still there please provide more details, like what version of safari did you used when you tested the site and other details, we need to replicate it on our side.

Thank you, Emil G.

Even emptying the cache we continue to see it. We tried on different computers and different smartphone.

Hi,

Tested on a mac and still haven’t found any issues: http://screencast.com/t/e5O733wG
I suggest you make sure you empty all caches and test again. Also focus on your browser’s console: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic and make sure you the latest version of safari browser and OS.

Thanks
