Using my site on IPHONE (i cant replicate this error on Android, or using my Chrome as mobile) when i rotate to landscape and rotate back to vertical scape, in vertical the site shows a black item.

Did you try the new update to iPhone today?
Might fix that issue. I don’t have that with my site.
Could be the page reloading via CDN and having slight delay if you’re using anything like that.

I did the tests they asked me in the mail, but the problem persists. I remembered that I have another site with another theme version (4.2.2) and also happens. This site did not make any modification on the theme files more than some changes in an external CSS template.

I also checked your site on mobile, but I see that you have custom modifications also on this site, for example main menu should not appear on mobile – http://screencast.com/t/uwDLwzwOQ We did not have related reports regarding your issue(Newspaper 4 or 6), so please make sure that you remove the custom modifications and check this without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active and clear cache.

I returned back the changes, and returned back to default. Menu still appear. And still the error.

Try to install a fresh wordpress and a clean unmodified theme on a subdomain(ex – http://clubalmafuerte.com/test/) and see if the issue still appears on this install.

I installed Newspaper 3.8.1 on http://blog.tsevillano.com/ and still the error.
Can we say that is a problem of “Newspaper”?
It was shown that is not a problem of our WordPress or modifications that we made to the Theme.

I’ve tested your site – http://www.clubalmafuerte.com/2012/05/28/test/ – and the issue is no longer there.
Unfortunately we cannot say what’s the cause for this, try to update the theme to a newer version, from what i see the issue is gone on the newer version. If you can’t update to the latest version i can provide older ones, just send me a request via email.

The problem is still. I’m testing with iPhone 5, 5s, 6. In iPhone 6+ we couldn’t replicate this error.

On the other hand, we can not update the version of the theme, and we have many changes on it. We need to try and fix it on the 3.8.1 version.

We ask you to do a clean install of the theme, you have already some notices from a plugin that you use – http://screencast.com/t/LmCd4Xu0
Also do you use this version of the theme on all your sites? This is a very old version and some plugins updates may not work and also could cause issues.
Unfortunately we cannot provide a solution for this(we cannot figure out what cause this) if you have custom modifications and also use plugins that may cause this issue and we did not get any similar reports, sorry!

If i change the viewport on header.php the problem will be fix, but the site scaling isn’t proportionable.

I talked to Radu O. about this and he told me that it was a render bug but he cannot remember what it was. I’ve tested all version between v3.8.1 to v4.0 and the but was fixed in v4.0.
