Hi . i just bought the theme (again) and i installed the”black version” demo. but its not applying the colors , although the data is there. please guide what to do
PS: child theme is applied (but no css added or no modification made)

Download latest package of the theme from themeforest.
Upload it to the theme directory.
If you using child theme upload child theme as well
activate your child theme http://prntscr.com/d0q6wh
Now install demo refer http://prntscr.com/d0q7ev
Done!

Hi Amit. i already did that. i cleared all cache , uninstalled the demo and installed it again but the same scenario happened twice. i am not even using child theme just to rule out any issue specific to child theme.

Please switch to the main theme and clear caching again to see if the child theme does not affect the css in any way even if there is no code added, you could be using an older version of the child theme that could affect the site. Simply switch to the main theme and test again.

Hi Bogdan B., ive done the clean installation twice ,im using the main theme only , and only theme plugins were installed but of no avail. i downloaded latest theme about 4 days ago.However there is a folder named “patch_4.4_4.5” . do i need to do something with the patch?
