Blank graphic box under featured image in every post

This large blank graphic box with a broken link icon in the top left, is appearing on every post in my website, right under the featured image.

Tried everything I could think of to get rid of it – switched post styles, took out featured image, checked HTML of post – nothing seemed to work.

Any ideas?

Website URL is http://www.microcapstockwire.com
The image source says its a banner ad – however I removed banner ads from posts in the Theme panel.
The image won’t appear if I post the code, so here it is without the < >

Hi,

I checked a few of your posts and there is no such banner below the featured images

Where exactly would I have to check? or maybe you solved the problem already.

Issue solved – there was ad code in a section that I missed.
