We put a new ad on the header:

There is no problem on desktop but a large gap appears below the banner on mobile site:
Is it because the code or the theme? How can we fix this?
There is no such problem with AdSense, by the way.

Our theme was designed to work with adsense. That is why you would not see such an issue if this is the case.
Other ads are a different matter. You can read this topic of our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-other-ads/
I have checked your site and the huge blank space is actualy a small image that gets stretched. http://screencast.com/t/rZdcSOPc7NE
Please check your ad code and see where this image comes from.
