Block 1 display not properly on my site

Hi all,
This is block 1 show up on demo site: http://imgur.com/3kTK8Yd

Anyone can show me how to fix it?

Hi

Seams to be css problem, on block 1 appear some wrong classes: http://screencast.com/t/skVlyLmQm Please make sure you updated the theme according with our documentation, also the Visual Composer plugin must be installed from the same path: https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ Also clear all caches, deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer and test again.

Thanks for your reply.
And nothing changes after following your guide.

After that, I have create fresh site with latest version of NewsMag theme(V 2.2.1).
– Remove all plugins and install 2 plugins are: tagDiv Social Counter(Version 3.0), WPBakery Visual Composer(Version 4.7.4)
– Install “Default demo” from “Install Demos” tab.

Go to Pages > “News – Front Page”:
– Add Block 1: http://imgur.com/SlpWE91
-> Result: http://imgur.com/cvB0bo5

How to fix it now?

Hi

I’ve noticed that you added the block 1 inside a row which is inside another row, that’s why the block it’s not displayed correct. Try to remove the second row and teet again: http://screencast.com/t/fjjzVC8m
