Block 13 in a Slider – How-to?

Hey guys, I need some help figuring out, how to get Block 13 (or any of the blocks for that matter), to show up:

shows 1 article at a time and has next/prev arrows that shows on hover. For example on this page of the http://youbeauty.com site they manage to do that, but how?

Hi,

This cannot be achieved using the Visual Composer elements, you will have to try a plugin like Wp Post Carousel that I guess they use. There is not block 13 it just looks like the tagdiv block.
Using just Visual Composer elements you could try Post Slider – http://screencast.com/t/3eJXVC8n
