I would like to put the Block 13 in one column next to each other. Much like you have in the demo here:

nevermind … i just created a nested row … and it works.
But I think I need some clarity on the blue columns thing.
also … whats the difference between Blocks 3 and 5?

Yes the difference between block 3 and block 5 is the size of feature image. The thumb used on block 5 it’s a bit bigger then the one used on block 3.
