Hi,
I’m using ‘Block 15’ in the sidebar on my homepage titled ‘What’s On’:
http://www.edinburghtourist.co.uk/
When tested on various phones, the links do not work. However, it’s working fine on my pc.
The same block is also working fine when used further down the page, titled ‘Upcoming Events’.
Do you know why this could be?
Many thanks,
Hello,
It seems that the image slider on the right of the block stretches it’s container over the block. Please check your page in visual composer and check if you have any double row’s or some custom positioning css that might affect the block. You can try to remove the slider and see if the block works and then try to implement it differently.
Let us know how it goes.
Hi,
Altering the width is probably what caused the issue. Our theme uses a fixed grid layout so any width change will result in this type of errors. Please use the slider on the left side and block 15 on the right as the slider needs a 2/3 ratio so it can display properly. (only use these 3 column layouts in visual composer: http://screencast.com/t/vqaRMuEZC)
Thank you!
Hi,
You can find other useful information in our theme docs here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Thank you!
Hi| I have a very similar issue with my website: http://www.sgaialand.it
In the “ultimi articoli” (latest articles) section, I have three blocks 13 – identical except for the offset of posts – but only one of out three works properly on mobile. The others are not clickable.
In this case, the page was entirely built with TD composer, not visual composer.
Can you help me?
Thanks!
Hello,
please disable all plugins except the page builder, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
