So, if you have deleted this block, how can I inspect it? Remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. If the problem is still there, try to make a new install.

Yes, it seems to be a mini-bug in the theme regarding on Block 17. You should replace the td_block_17.php with the following file if you want to display more posts to block 17 with a better look, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZXO2gRxvpo
