Block 18 problem with large thumb

Hello everyone!

I’m facing an issue with Block 18, with large (first) article. The size in docs and css seems to be 385px but I have like extra 20px. When I use normal slide to show the same article the size is correct. How do I fix this?

I have the latest version of the theme – 6.3.2

Problem seems to be solved. After updating the theme to 6.3.2 the problem remained but then I changed the article and now it’s fine.

Same problem here

http://www.allon.it/new-home (version 6.3.2) as you can see not all images have the problem

I tried also to disable all the plugin except for Visual Composer but the problem persist

Hi,

If you have custom css please remove it, also disable any css/js minifications and check it without any plugins active, leave just Visual Composer active, clear cache and see if you still have this issue. Let me know how it goes!

Hi Alin,

Yes problem persists. (in the previous message i forget to say that mobile versione works fine )

I’m right now cloning the production environment to do some more test. If you want i can give you admin access to that test environment.

I also disable caching plugin (my hosting is siteground that have a custom cache plugin: SG Cachepress) and disabled cloudflare CDN

Created test environment on http://www.staging2.allon.it/ . Here all plugin, except for Visual Composer, are disabled. As stated before i can create an admin account for you on that test environment..
