Block 21 not visible in Widgets. Excluding tags from tag list

Hello,

I am trying to redesign the inner page in Newspaper. But Block 21 is not available as Widget. How to “activate” it?

Also, at the bottom of post details page, I would like to exclude a number of tags from the tag cloud. How to achieve that?

Hi,

Please update to the latest theme version 6.5 as the block 21 was added to widgets section – http://screencast.com/t/yHuMG39ClXQ3
I’m not sure what are you trying to do with tag cloud widget. Please note that this is a wordpress widget, not a part of the theme(it cannot be edited from theme files).

I upgraded to 6.5 and block 21 is now available among widgets. Thanks a lot!
