I’m using BLOCK 4 in my post template Category filter > Category current. It’s not working, all the articles are displaying the same 3 related articles.

The special filter for category work only in a category template. Make the changes once on a category page and it should set automatically for all your categories which has assign the same template. Please check the documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

Check the special filters which can be set only on a special template and not on homepage or any other page.
