Using block 7 to load all articles from a particular category. Is there a method to get a dropdown that allows the user to select articles beginning with a certain letter of the alphabet?

Hello,
Unfortunately, our theme doesn’t have an option to get a dropdown that allows the user to select articles beginning with a certain letter of the alphabet, but if you filter the block for a particular category, then you can sort the posts alphabetical => https://www.screencast.com/t/iaJHtjYi
