I am using block 8 in the footer 2 widget of my website, to display items with a certain tag. The widget works just fine, displaying properly on every page except the home page.
I believe this happened after the latest theme update (8.7.2).

I am running latest version of WordPress and all plugins. I tried disabling all plugins and the problem still existed.
Like I said, this was not a problem until fairly recently.
Any ideas?

Footer widgets should not depend on the page you are viewing. The footer in our theme is the same across the whole website.
