Block and front page tiles appearing incorrectly

Howdy tagDiv friends,

I have a minor but visually distractive problem on my site: http://www.goproace.com

It seems to only happen on frontpage and not category pages or posts.
What happens is the block or module looks to be out of place. As if too much margin or padding.
I’ve tried to adjust the settings on visual composer, perhaps I’m missing the issue.
Here is screenshot of what I’m seeing now : http://www.goproace.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/03/3.png

Notice in Block 2, Block 5, and Block 6 that this issue persists.
Please advise as any help would be great!

Thanks again,

Ace

Hello Ace,

I guess that you do not use the correct layout in your backend in Visual Composer. Use the layout 1/1 and add your desired blocks, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/TatBYdyD1 Clear all your caches and check the results.

Thanks for your understanding!

Thank you for looking into it for me. Unfortunately the issue persists.
Please checkout the current page. Also when I try to create new page, the same problem occurs. However, when creating new post the issue is not occurring.

Hello Ace,

I noticed that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme and cause this problem and also, I saw that you are using the child theme which can be a reason in this case. Try to switch the theme to the main version, clear all your caches and check the results.

Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!

Thanks for the message!

Hey Catalin, you’re an awesome wizard! <compliment>

What I did exactly is:

– Disable all cache plugins
– Install and activate WP Super Cache following the DIY tutorial provided by tagDiv
– Revert back to NewsMag CSS and stop using child CSS
– Clear all caches

voila!

The issue with the block and front page tiles appearing incorrectly no longer occurs.

Marking as [Resolved]

Thanks so much
