Block image not showing in vc add new element section

Hi tagdiv community…

I have hit a slight issue within the add new element > block section in visual composer.

Basically the image that displays what each block option would look like is not displaying, which makes choosing what block I want to use a bit hit and miss. (see attached image link)

Have no idea how to resolve this… please help.

Hello InspireORB,

It seems that your Visual Composer is not right installed or also, maybe you do not use the latest version for this plugin. To be safe, try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and install only the plugins from the packet. Also, check your system status parameters to be increased according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
