Is it possible to make the last block of the template invisible?

I made a display: none, but it doesn’t work.
The block are the last items before the footer

I pressume you mean the part wich includes the latest articles section. That one comes from the page building so you will have to edit the page in order to have that removed so you can edit it using the composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/uzXRgXTiHlH
