I have a page with a number of block elements on a 2/3 – 1/3 layout. On desktop it looks great, but on mobile, everything in the 2/3 side loads first, and then the 1/3 side loads way down on the mobile page. Is there a way to exert control over what loads when on mobile?

I have created a page to your specifications and the loading order is 1/3 then 2/3.
Please provide more details so we can better understand the problem.
