How Can I use “Block predefined style”? I want to change color style but I don’t know how to do it.

The block style feature works like so:
You can use the theme panel->block settings to see or change the colors for each style: http://screencast.com/t/7mAqlBJ953p
Once you have the colors set to your preference, you can then apply the style of your choice on the block from each block’s settings like so: http://screencast.com/t/lTSnzxVFlPG
