Block Settings Not Loading

Hi Team at tagDiv,

The problem I am having is that the block settings will not load when I click to edit a block. For instance, I load up my homepage, click on the edit button for a block and a box opens up but it is completely blank with just 2 options to close or save changes. The box also sticks to the bottom of my screen and when I drag it up, it returns to the bottom immediately.

Do you know why this might be happening?

Update:

I think it is an issue with my Visual Composer as I am unable to add any blocks or edit the columns. The same happens, an empty box opens up that sticks to the bottom of my screen and only has close and save changes buttons.

Hi

The Visual Composer plugin it’s tested with the theme and should work fine, so you can try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear the cache, purge the cdn file if you’re using and test again. Also make sure you installed the plugin properly as it’s indicated in our documentation: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
If the problem persist please let us know what theme version you use or make sure you use the latest version (2.0) and VC 4.5.3

Thanks for the advice, it turns out that the problem was my WordPress version was out of date.
