Block Title Background Color

For Block settings option to change Title Background color is not shown.

Hi,

Indeed some settings are only available with the tagDiv composer. The background title is not available in Visual composer unfortunately. You could use the general headers background color setting (ant text if needed), it will apply to block titles as well
